Ho Chi Minh Trail Ride

(3 day motorbike trip, all seasons)

Motorbike

Those 3 days ride is a wise choice for a short getaway, but enough to enjoy beautiful limestone in Kham Muone Province, challenge ourselves on off road ride along Ho Chi Minh Trail, see a massive hydro electric project, stay in a southern city with beautiful colonial building and visit local villages along the ride

Itinerary:
Day 1: Vientiane–Phou Khao Khuay Nation Park-Na Hin (311km, on road)

After late breakfast, we depart toward South on a paved road. We go a little off road to Tad Xay Waterfall located in Phou Khao Khuay Nation Park. We stop for lunch a local restaurant. We continue on the road with many wooden bridges crossing. The road is very curved once in a while sneaking through a beautiful limestone area. Just before Na Hin, we stop at the Sala Viewpoint for a panoramic look over the karst limestone formations. The night will be spent in Nahin

Day 2: Na Hin – Laksao - Nakai – Mahaxay - Thakhek (201km, off road)
