All motorbikes of our fleet are rented out from our head office in Vientiane. Therefore, if you want to pick up or return the motorbike(s) from/at a location other that Vientiane, there will be an extra fee for the shipment of each bike either to the respective destination or back to Vientiane.

If, by lucky chance, motorbikes are available at the location (other than Vientiane) you want to start your trip and want to drop off the bike(s) at our Green Discovery Laos office in Vientiane, no transport fee will be charged (see below).

In case you make a reservation for a motorbike in order to guarantee the availability of the vehicle, we charge an advance payment of at least 50% of the rental fee for the period of your planned trip. Be it that you want to cancel this reservation, the amount will be refunded in full if the cancellation takes place more than three full days before the rental period begins. No refund is possible if you cancel the trip three days or less before the originally set time of your departure.

After you rented/reserved a motorbike for a certain number of days, you will be charged in full for the same number of days – even if you decide to shorten the trip and want to return the bikes earlier. No refund is possible in this case.
