Terms and Conditions for cruises on our river vessels on the MEKONG:

• All bookings must be made directly between your company or its representatives, and Mekong River Cruises.
• A confirmed reservation will be given to the first tour operator providing a deposit; all other reservations are in danger of cancellation.
• Partners must not offer our products for rates lower than our rack rates on any market.
• For group bookings, a rooming list must be provided at least two weeks prior to the group’s arrival.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed rates are based on average prices for fuel and other costs (such as currency exchange rates, e.g.). Should these purchase costs rise by more than 10 %, Mekong River Cruises is authorized to impose a supplement commensurate with the rise in cost even after the confirmation of the original rate was sent to the customer.

Exclusive group charter payment conditions:
• 30 % of the total charter amount is due upon confirmation of his charter(s) (leave 70 %).
• 20 % of the total charter amount is due 180 days prior to each charter period(leave 50%).
• The remaining 50 % of the total charter amount are due 30 days prior to each charter period.

FIT/small group-bokings payment conditions:
• A 30 % deposit is required in order to make a booking. The full payment must be settled 30 days before the start of the cruise. Failure will result in cancellation of the booking.
• Mekong River Cruises reserves the right to charge interest of 5 % per month on overdue bills.
• Mekong River Cruises does not take responsibilities for bank surcharges for international
transactions. If applicable, the sender of the money will pay his bank surcharges, Mekong River Cruises its surcharges.
• Our bank details will be advised upon confirmation of your reservation. Payments shall be in EUR in form of bank transfers. Payments from overseas shall be done by telegraphic transfer.

Exclusive group charter cancellation policies:
• Cancellation before 180 days prior to each charter period: 30 % of the total rate
• Between 180 and 30 days prior to each charter period: 50 % of the total rate
• Less than 30 days prior to each charter period : 90 % of the total rate

FIT/small group-bookings cancellation policies:
• Cancellation before 120 days prior to the start of the cruise: 30 % of the total rate
• Between 120 and 61 days prior to the start of the cruise: 50 % of the total rate
• Between 60 and 30 days prior to the start of the cruise: 70 % of the total rate
• Less than 30 days prior to the start of the cruise: 90 % of the total rate
